The blood vessels have a functioning of supplying blood and oxygen to the heart. Coronary heart disease is condition in which the narrowing of blood vessels will happen. Waxy substances which will later changes to plaque growing in the arteries will be leading to this condition of coronary heart disease. By this formation mainly leads to rupture in the blood vessels or a blot clot which will avoid the circulation.

As the procedure is started, the heart functions will be carried out by a machine named Cardiopulmonary Bypass Machine. This will be doing all the heart functions. A bypass graft will be connected by replacing the damaged artery. The normal blood flow will be retaining after the surgery itself.
